During your application you may be prompted to supply the
following employment-related details and certifications:

your full name, residential address, contact details (phone
number, email address), and banking information for wage
payment. You will also need to provide your superannuation
account details.

Identification: You will be asked to provide
100 points of identification, which may include documents such
as your Medicare card, driver's license, and tax file number.

Qualifications: You need to provide proof of
your nursing and/or support worker qualifications. This may
involve uploading certificates and a First Aid certification.

AHPRA Registration: If applicable, you will
need to provide documentation of your registration with the
Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). This
may require uploading qualification documents.

Immunisation and Vaccination: You must provide
details of your immunization and vaccination history, including
certificates for mandatory vaccines such as influenza, COVID-19,
Hepatitis, etc. If you have a medical exemption, you will need
to provide relevant documentation.

documents proving your right to work in Australia. This may
include your birth certificate, citizenship certificate, visa,
or passport.

Healthcare Industry Clearances: Depending on
the specific requirements of the healthcare sector, you may need
